Eligibility

You can win one of the above listed gifts with following requirements:

• Only Valid on clubbed purchase of Rs. 30,000/- between 01-February-2024 and 30-April-2024
• Only customers who are residents of Lucknow. Proof of Residence will be required.
• One gift is applicable to one customer.

• Winners will be decided through lucky draw.
• The winner will be contacted by a Bake-Bay.com Customer Relationship Executive within 7 days of draw.
• You would be asked for an identification document, which can be either of the following documents: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or Voters ID card.
• The winner would also receive a link by SMS or Email to fill a form to capture the winner’s contact information and address details.
• Please note that this address can’t be different from the winner’s registered address at Bake-Bay.com.
• Please note that the prize can only be redeemed by the winner in person, therefore, identification documents are necessary.
• The image of the product shown is only for representation purposes. The actual product will depend on the availability of the model at the time of dispatch of the reward. Color, features, technology & specifications may vary.
• You will be given 24 hours post the announcement as a winner, to accept the conditions of the reward and submit a written e-consent of paying 30% of the reward value as gift tax, in case, the cost of gift is Rs. 10,000 or above, and also on allowing the usage of the following details for any promotional medium as seen fit by Bake-Bay.com, its subsidiaries and parent, MicroBinary: Name, picture, social media IDs and city/locality of residence. This eConsent will have to be sent to the following id: <launchoffer@bake-bay.com>
• In case of gifts with cost Rs. 10,000 and above (Washing Machine, Refrigerator and Television), 30% of value will have to be paid by the winner as a TDS, as per laws applicable under Section 194B, as defined by the Income Tax Act. The winner has to compulsorily pay this amount to retain eligibility for the reward. This amount has to be paid at the dealership itself.
• Any service liabilities post-delivery of the product will be between the winner and the brand service center.
• The reward/gift is neither exchangeable against cash or any other substitute nor transferable.
• Bake-Bay.com reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice and such modifications shall be binding on the customer.
• Any dispute with regard to product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the products given in gifts/rewards shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Bake-Bay.com shall not be held responsible for the same.
• In case of any manufacturing defects in reward/gift on arrival, a complaint needs to be raised with Customer Care as per warranty terms & conditions mentioned in the Owner’s Manual provided along with the product.
• All Bake-Bay.com Employees are strictly ineligible to receive this reward.
• If any information provided by the Winner (including, without limitation, any personal information submitted during consent) is provided fraudulently or is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Bake-Bay.com has the right to terminate the grant of the Winner’s reward.
• If the winner’s phone is not reachable within 48 hours of the reward being revealed, Bake-Bay.com holds the right to cancel the reward. Phone no. contacted here will be the registered phone no. on Bake-Bay.com from which the order was placed.
• Customers can claim this reward within 7 days post the submission of eConsent from the customers.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Lucknow only.
