Registration

How do I register/signup?

You can signup/register by clicking on the “Signup” link at the top of the homepage, above search bar. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration Bake-Bay.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on bake-bay?

Yes, registration/signup is necessary to shop at Bake-Bay.com. However, you can browse through all products without logging-in or signing-up.

My Account

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Click on “Login” at top, above search bar, a prompt will open. Enter mobile number and click “Reset Password”. You will receive a newly set password on your mobile number.

How can I edit my contact details?

After successful login, you can navigate to “My Account” from menu above Wallet Balance. Here, you can edit your information.

Orders

Can I add or remove products after placing order?

No, you cannot add or remove any products after order is placed.

Can I change delivery time slot?

For the orders which are not “out for delivery”, delivery time slot can be changed.

Can I order an item which is out of stock?

No, “Out of Stock” item cannot be ordered.

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online through wallet, Debit card, Credit card and Netbanking. Cash on Delivery is not available due to COVID-19 situation.

Is it safe to pay online at Bake-Bay.com?

At Bake-Bay.com, we conform to all security requirements as per law. Every transaction is secure and encrypted.

Can I request return/refund of my order?

Customer satisfaction is our motto and to achieve it, we go a step further. You may contact us if you are unsatisfied with any product or our service. However, due to COVID-19 and hygiene measures, we are not accepting any returns or refund requests. You are requested to check the items thoroughly at delivery time.

Delivery/Shipping

At Bake-Bay.com, you can select time to receive your groceries. The delivery slot can be selected during check-out and be assured that the goods will be delivered as per your booked slot.

What are delivery slots?

Bake-Bay.com is currently delivering in single slot of 2-3 hour of next day. Currently, we are offering order booking for delivery till 5 days from 4.00pm to 8.00pm

However, we assure to increase time slots with same day delivery, soon, so that our customers’ don’t have have to wait long for their orders to arrive! We are committed to our customers’ comfort.

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on order value:

How are Fruits, Vegetable, Fish and Meat are picked, packed and delivered?

Fruits, Vegetables, Fish & Meat undergo a stringent Quality Check to ensure that only the right quality is picked & packed – Fruits & Vegetables are weighed on our scales, For Fish & Meat, weights are assigned only to the cleaned product. Chill pads & insulation boxes are used for delivery to maintain freshness.
