Agropure Besan

Description

Besan (Gram flour) is a finely ground powder made from chana dal (black chana). It is pale yellow in colour. This flour is widely used as an ingredient in Indian cuisine, as well as in some Asian, Middle Eastern, and European dishes. The flour is used to make many delicious foods in Indian households, especially sweets like laddoos. It is often used to make Pakoras as a crispy and salty evening snack to be taken with tea in India.
